• We collect only what we need to fulfill your order: your name, email, phone number, delivery address, and anything you choose to tell us about your reading tastes. For gifts, we also collect the recipient's name, phone and address.
• We use these details to process and deliver your order, send a short follow-up after delivery, and, only if you opt in, send occasional updates about new books. You can unsubscribe anytime.
• Payments are made through your own UPI app or payment provider. We never see or store your card, bank or UPI PIN details.
• We share your name, phone and address only with our delivery partner, to deliver your parcel. We never sell or rent your information.
• This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't track your location. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to see how many people visit. Like most websites, our hosting provider may use essential security cookies and see basic technical details, such as your IP address, to keep the site running safely.

The Reading Room

• If you join the Reading Room waitlist, we collect your name, email, mobile number, city, area, the days you would like to visit and what you want to do there, and your consent to be contacted on WhatsApp. We use these only to tell you when the Reading Room opens and to plan seats. Sign-ups pass through a form service that emails them to us. We never sell or rent your information.
